
Jeffrey D. Perry
Jeff is the President/CEO of PFG Private Wealth Management, LLC. Jeff is also responsible for the development and implementation of the firm’s investment strategy and building and managing client portfolios.
Jeff is a graduate of Wake Forest University where he received a Bachelor’s degree in Economics. His professional designations include Certified Investment Management Analyst® (CIMA®), Accredited Investment Fiduciary® (AIF®), Certified Fund Specialist (CFS®) and Board Certified in Securities (BCS).
Jeff has obtained a passing score for the General Securities Representative (Series 7) exam, Investment Company and Variable Contracts Products Representative (Series 6) exam, General Securities Principal (Series 24) exam, and the Uniform Securities Agent State Law (Series 63) exam.
Prior to joining PFG Private Wealth Management, Jeff spent four years at NationsBank as an associate and one year with Hinrichs Financial Group in Charlotte, NC.
Jeff and his wife Ami were married in 1995 and have 5 wonderful children, including triplets. In his free time, Jeff enjoys coaching his kids’ softball and soccer teams as well as servicing in the Idlewild Baptist Church children’s ministry.

Robert M. Perry
Bob is the Chairman of the Board of PFG Private Wealth Management, LLC. He is also responsible for the management of the firm’s estate and business planning practice.
Bob graduated with a Bachelor of Arts degree from Wake Forest University in 1966. After two years of military service, he launched his insurance and financial services practice in Tampa. His professional designations include Chartered Life Underwriter (CLU), Chartered Financial Consultant (ChFC), and Accredited Estate Planner® (AEP®). Bob has obtained a passing score for the General Securities Representative (Series 7) exam, Investment Company and Variable Contracts Products Representative (Series 6) exam, and the Uniform Securities Agent State Law (Series 63) exam.
Bob has served as the past president of the Tampa Association of Insurance and Financial Advisors and the Tampa chapter of the Society of Financial Service Professionals. He has also served on the board of the Tampa Bay Estate Planning council.

Andy Whitten
Andy graduated from the University of Tampa in 2003 with a B.S. in Business Management. He holds a FINRA Uniform Investment Adviser Law (Series 65) license as well as a Florida Life, Health and Variable Annuity license.
Andy is happily married to his lovely wife Krystal and has been blessed with two children, a son and a daughter. He is actively involved at Idlewild Baptist Church, where he serves as a coach, deacon, teacher and a member of the finance committee. Away from business he enjoys time with family and friends, watching the Tampa Bay Rays, golfing, fishing and hunting.

John Teixeira, Jr.
John is the Director of Financial Planning for PFG Private Wealth Management. In this capacity, John is responsible for developing and implementing comprehensive financial planning & investment strategies.
John is originally from the Boston area where he received a Bachelor of Science Degree in Business Management from the University of Bridgewater Massachusetts. John has been in the financial services industry since 2006.
John’s professional designations include Certified Financial Planner (CFP®), Certified Investment Management Analyst® (CIMA®), Accredited Investment Fiduciary (AIF®), and Accredited Estate Planner (AEP®). He has obtained a passing score for the General Securities Representative (Series 7) exam, Uniform Securities Agent State Law (Series 63) exam, and the Uniform Investment Adviser Law (Series 65) exam.
John is committed to serving the community. John is a member of the not-for-profit (501c3), The 13 Ugly Men Foundation, Inc. The 13 Ugly Men have donated over $1,500,000 to local charities.
John resides in the Tampa area with his wife Jenny, and their daughter.

Nicholas R. McDevitt (Nick)
Nick is originally from Rochester, NY and moved to the Tampa Bay area in 2003. Among other accomplishments, Nick was named by the Tampa Bay Business Journal as an Up & Comer in the Under 30 category in 2011. Nick is also the Board President of Community Action Stops Abuse (CASA), was the Executive Chair of the St. Pete Young Professionals Group and was a member of the Leadership St. Pete class of 2009.
Nick has obtained a passing score for the General Securities Representative (Series 7) exam, the Uniform Investment Adviser Law (Series 65) exam, and the Uniform Securities Agent State Law (Series 63) exam.

James A. Serrano
James attended St John’s University and has a degree in Business Administration. He and his wife Carol have been married for 19 years and have three boys. James spends his free time as a Nationally Licensed trainer, coaching youth soccer teams.
